I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders after they have been placed. We start working on orders right away as soon as they are placed and confirmed. I have ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I edit my order?

Do we accept returns and exchanges? 

At this time, we only accept exchanges on faulty products, please double check your ring sizes as we cannot offer exchanges if the size of choosing is too big or small. We do not accept returns. We are happy to give you an exchange within 20 days of purchase. Item must be in original package and in original condition.

We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns. All shipping and handling cost are covered by the customer. We do not cover the shipping cost back to us and back to you.
